The property manager will review your lease application materials and financially certify your income. Non-Artist applicants can skip the Artist Questionnaire and submit your pre-application at the bottom of this page. We understand that artists work within a wide spectrum of creative pursuits. As a result, our definition of artist broadly includes individuals actively engaged in artistic and literary activities, including: visual arts, theater, multi-media, dance, music, writing, design, and functional art, such as furniture making. Applicant will be asked to evidence a professional commitment to the arts after all other approvals have been received (Please review the FAQ’s for further information of the Artist Approval process and acceptable forms of an art submission).
